2. Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the part ordered is compatible with their vehicle.
- If you are unsure about fitment, we strongly advise contacting us before purchasing.
- Where no fitment confirmation has been requested or provided, the customer accepts full responsibility for selecting the correct part.
If an item does not fit and fitment was not confirmed by us prior to purchase:
- We do not guarantee a refund

At our discretion, we may offer an exchange for a suitable item if:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
- The replacement item is in stock
- The customer covers any price differences and shipping costs
3. Fitment Confirmed by Us
If you contacted us prior to purchase and we explicitly confirmed compatibility, and the supplied item is incorrect:
- You are entitled to a full refund or replacement
- We will cover reasonable return shipping costs
- The item must be returned unused and uninstalled
4. Condition of Returned Items
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and not fitted to a vehicle
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- All components, fixings, and accessories must be included
- Item must be in resellable condition
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
- Apply a partial refund where the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items damaged during or after attempted installation
- Items returned without original packaging
- Special-order or custom items (if applicable)
6. EU Consumer Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- You must return the item within a further 14 days
Important conditions:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error
- We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it
This statutory right does not apply to items that have been installed, used, or altered.
7. Returns Process
To initiate a return, you must:

- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable
- Wait for return instructions before sending any item back
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty, or
- The item supplied was incorrect due to our error
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
We will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
10. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds may be reduced if the item is not returned in fully resellable condition
11. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:
